Genom olika metoder som; Meditation, Yoga, Ljudbad, Ayurvediska och Västliga kroppsbehandlingar hjälper vi dig att få mer kontakt med dig själv för att du skall kunna tona in på ett lugnare och mer fridfullt tillstånd inom dig. Vårt institut håller även ett ljudtempel där du kan uppleva olika ljudsessioner genom sjungande kristallskålar och Shamanska trummor. Våra ljudbad utförs i grupp eller som individuella ljudsessioner och under utbildningar.
Upplev även våra spännande behandlingar i salongen som Ayurvedisk Yogamassage, Klassisk massage, Reiki, Sound Healing (ljudbad) Hudvårdsbehandlingar och mycket mer. Vi erbjuder också Medial vägledning genom Storseanser, Sittningar och Sorgbearbetning - för personlig utveckling, stöd och läkning.

Varje månad erbjuder vi Sound Healing med sjungand kristallskålar under Ny och Fullmåne. Shamanska Trumresor och Ceremoniell Cacao ceremoni. Vi håller också Meditation och Yoga varje vecka. We offer you a peaceful and loving oasis with lit candles and harmonious scents. We maintain a mobile-free zone and therefore kindly ask you to have your mobile phone turned off throughout your visit with us.
Through various methods such as; Meditation, Yoga, Sound bath, Ayurvedic and Western body treatments, we help you get more in touch with yourself so that you can fade into a calmer and more peaceful state within you. Our institute also holds a sound temple where you can experience different sound sessions through singing crystal bowls and Shamanic drums. Our sound baths are performed in groups or as individual sound sessions and during trainings.
Also experience our exciting treatments in the salon such as Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Classical Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing (sound bath) Skincare treatments and much more. We also offer Medial guidance through Grand Sessions, Sittings and Grief Processing - for personal development, support and healing.

Our beautiful sound temple houses a wide range of Alchemical Crystal Bowls where you can join us for Sound bath sessions, classes and trainings in Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing.
Experience our unique treatment with Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reiki, Crystal Sound bath and much more. We also offer coaching and counselling for personal development and support. All our staff are qualified and specialised in their own field.
